From the front, I had a bulbous nose, my nostril wings were too wide, and my side line wasn’t smooth, so while looking into rhinoplasty, I learned about Girin Plastic Surgery through MiinHigh. I liked the price range and the lines shown on their website, so I searched Girin Plastic Surgery on other apps too, read reviews, and thought I should go in for a consultation, so I visited. The director said the distance between my eyes is on the closer side, so it would be better not to raise the bridge too much. For raising the nasal bridge, they recommended silicone or autologous tissue. I knew about silicone, but I first learned during the consultation with the director that surgery could also be done with autologous tissue;; When I asked how bulbous nose correction would be done, they said it would be done by reducing the size of the cartilage. At first I didn’t really understand, so I asked a lot of questions, but they explained everything well without seeming annoyed, so I was thankful. After the consultation that day, I paid the deposit right away and proceeded with surgery. Since it was my first time, I was nervous, and after surgery they put cotton in my nostrils, so for a whole day I felt like I was going to dieㅠ I had to breathe through my mouth and couldn’t sleep well.. I only waited for the splint to come off, and the moment it was removed, I was so excited and curious about what line would appear. When I saw it after the splint came off, even though there was swelling, I could see the line and also the improvement in my bulbous nose from the front, so I was so happy haha;; The director also told me the surgery went well, so I think that comforted me even more. Right now I’m at week 2, so the swelling has gone down more than in the beginning, and they said that as more swelling goes down, the line will become even slimmer, so I’m looking forward to it.
