Before, when I smiled, my nasal tip drooped and looked like an arrow nose, and I was very concerned because that made my nose look long. I had experience with nose filler a few years ago, but no other surgical experience, and this was my first surgery. I had the surgery at Avec Plastic Surgery. I wanted a straight nose shape, but I also thought a slightly lighter straight line would be okay, without the nasal tip being too heavy. I didn’t want a semi-ski-slope line. Filler removal was needed on the day of surgery, and the surgery was performed with an open approach. Since the implant was a custom implant, as far as I know it was ordered and custom-made during consultation, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used. I also had two types of functional nose surgery for the septum and turbinates done together, and because private insurance coverage was possible, I got them done together without much hesitation. From what I remember, the implant was 2.5 mm, and looking at the result, it seems appropriate. Director Park Sung-woo felt that way too, and I also felt more drawn to a calm, natural style rather than an excessive or flashy type.
