I heard that these days you basically have to expect at least 6 million won for revision rhinoplasty, so I kept putting it off because of financial issues. Then I got information from someone here who had revision rhinoplasty, and the shape and line seemed to have turned out well without an upturned-looking feel, so I went for a consultation.
The director was gentle and seemed to try to accommodate what I wanted. The consultant didn’t pressure me to pay a reservation deposit before leaving, and the explanations about the cost, surgical method, and additional details were clear. Originally, I was going to think about it a bit more before deciding on revision surgery, but I really didn’t like my first nose surgery, so I had the revision done. (Even though it was a revision, the cost was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the consultation.)
Since it was a revision, I did feel anxious until the splint was removed, but after removing the splint, compared to my first nose surgery, the feeling that the columella looked cut was also much improved. I think I just need to keep an eye on the remaining minor swelling on the nasal bridge going down.
