3 years ago, I had surgery for a short and small nose without an implant at a hospital that is often mentioned in this community but is said to have little information. I was very satisfied until about a year and a half after surgery. My original nose was short and small, but my nostril wings were thin and the shape wasn't bad. Since my double eyelids are also prominent and my other facial features are generally defined, I had surgery because I wanted my small nose to be balanced with my other features. As a result, now that about 3 years have passed, I'm considering revision surgery. Until about a year and a half, because it was implant-free, the shape didn't fall cleanly from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip like when silicone is inserted, but it was quite natural while clearly higher than my original nose. From the front, there wasn't a huge change, but from the side, it definitely looked more raised? I lived quite satisfied with that feeling, but now there has been some shape deformation, so I'm considering revision surgery. It's not a very serious deformation or side effect, but I do think the nose definitely keeps changing little by little for up to around 3 years. The shape is one thing, but the transplanted columellar strut has bent a lot for some reason and has gradually come down? When I smile, it shifts to one side, it rattles inside, and as the strut sags, there is much more nostril show than before. Through one nostril, the bent columellar strut protrudes, making it look like there is snot on it.. Anyway, that's the situation. This is absolutely not intended to criticize, and satisfaction levels and the degree of side effects people feel vary by person.. A truly honest review for the positive function of this community
