As a working mom, I simply had no time to exercise, so I had abdominal fat extracted. It’s only been one week, but my stomach has already gone down a lot!! After giving birth, I couldn’t lose my belly fat and couldn’t even wear my old pants, so I was extremely stressed. I keep thinking I should have done it sooner I lost 2 kg even without changing my diet wow. There is some pain, but it only hurts when I rub my stomach or run across a crosswalk, and it isn’t bad enough to interfere with working or childcare. Now I understand why so many people get fat extraction ^^ I was very worried about side effects and pain beforehand, but the director was so thorough that I’m going about daily life without much discomfort. Since the obesity clinic also provides aftercare, I’m going to diet properly while following a meal plan too. Please cheer me on!!!
