I visited 5 clinics in person for breast surgery and am torn between these two places, so I’m posting this review because I think it’ll be really helpful~~!!
1. Nana Plastic Surgery - Dr. ㅇㅇㅈ (female doctor, almost 20 years of experience)

The coordinator didn’t really feel especially friendly, so the impression was just so-so I went without choosing a doctor, but the doctor I wanted, Dr. ㅈㅁㅅ, was off, so they said another female doctor would be fine, and since Dr. ㅇㅇㅈ was in surgery, I waited 30 minutes..
The consultation with the doctor was 5 minutes, and regarding implants and cup size, she’s the type to leave it entirely to the patient’s preference rather than recommend anything. This is a matter of personal taste, so if you know exactly what you want and hate being interfered with, this doctor might suit you. But I’ve lived my whole life with a small chest and didn’t even know what would suit me, and I went in thinking about a B to C cup, so I wanted someone who would kindly recommend things.
First they measured skin thickness with ultrasound, and when I said I wanted a full C cup, they only put in one side for fitting and asked if it was okay. It felt way too perfunctory - and if you’re not wearing a top over it, you can’t really get a feel for it
Since Dr. ㅎㄷㅇ and Dr. ㅈㅁㄱ have decent reviews, I recommend getting dual consultations! Personally, if my first impression is bad, I never go back to that hospital, so Nana is a pass~ The price was decent compared to other places.
2. YOU&YOU Plastic Surgery - Dr. ㅇㅇㄱ (10 years of experience)

The coordinator was so kind and friendly that I liked them, and the hospital facilities are really good. If I only looked at the facilities, I’d want to do it here.
The fitting also covered various sizes I wanted At first they showed B cup, then C cup with a T-shirt over it, and they even took photos, which was really helpful. There was some Motiva sales talk! But also, my tissue is quite firm and solid, so they recommended Motiva, so I’m not sure if it was genuine sales talk or not
Dr. ㅇㅇㄱ was the best-looking among the doctors I saw, with great skin and such a youthful face that you could easily mistake him for having no experience. But he said he has 10 years of experience, and he had a kind, considerate, warm style!
Please note that he prefers a style with a certain amount of volume. I’m not especially short, and I wanted at least a C cup, so his taste matched mine well.
He showed basic knowledge about breast surgery via PPT, the dual-plane surgical method, and photos of patient cases he’s operated on so far, which made it easy to understand in detail, and he also seemed confident about the results, so I felt good
Actually, I don’t think 10 years of experience is short, but one concern is that in the past he seems to have also done eyes and nose, so he’s not exclusively a breast specialist, which made me think a bit.
Also, ㅇㅇㅇ had a very aggressive same-day reservation condition for the price (review condition)
3. The Plastic Surgery - Dr. ㅇㅎㄱ (female doctor, about 15 years of experience)

I picked Dr. ㅇㅎㄱ because early on in my clinic visits I still thought a female doctor would be more comfortable and maybe warmer? But after consultations at Nana and The Plastic Surgery, my thinking changed completely.
That said, the consultation was not as perfunctory as Nana’s.
Implants recommended: natural-looking full B to C cup, 285, 300 cc
She explained various things in detail with the screen up, but maybe because she was tired that day, the energy was a bit down, and the explanations also started sounding similar to what other clinics say.
In the end, the price difference compared with YOU&YOU and Nana was pretty big and expensive, but I didn’t get that feeling of, “Ah, this is the doctor!!” so I passed.
4. Human Plastic Surgery - Dr. ㄱㄱㅎ, chief doctor Virtual surgery O Fitting O, only in underwear, coordinator fitting, a bit rough Facilities good, clean Recommended size: natural C cup, 325 cc
The doctor had a plain, kind style He answered every question I asked and explained things in detail.
There wasn’t much Motiva sales talk; other clinics didn’t recommend Mentor Boost much and the price was equally expensive, so they were pushing Motiva, but here they also pushed Mentor Boost.
The coordinator also sent a summary of the consultation without being over the top The price was a bit expensive.
5. Kai Plastic Surgery - Dr. ㅈㅇㅎ, chief doctor (19 years of experience) Virtual surgery O Ultrasound measurement of skin thickness O Fitting O, underwear and a slightly rough T-shirt, doctor fitting No upper band with the correction bra Sedation anesthesia O, general anesthesia X Recommended full C to D cup
First of all, I was surprised because the doctor’s photo and style had changed so much, but now he looks almost like white-haired..? with gray hair, his hair grown out, and he’s slim, so he looks much older And because he prefers a flashy style, he recommended a D cup, so please keep that in mind. It’s a very natural style, so if that’s not what you want, it may not suit you.
Honestly, I went thinking only up to C cup, so it felt a bit 부담스러웠는데, when the doctor explained the reasons, there was logic to it, so I was a little tempted According to the doctor, since I’m still young anyway, why not live with a glamorous body that stands out to everyone? I burst out laughing because I’m 166 cm, so I’m not particularly short, and my body shape has a slightly long waist and not especially narrow shoulders, so even if I tried a D-cup fitting it wouldn’t look awkward, and actually my waist looked even more cinched than with a C cup. But I don’t want anything too big, so for now I’m still thinking about a C cup.
And honestly, I think the reason Kai looked the most different was that they measured skin thickness with ultrasound and recommended implants based on that. They said people with thicker skin don’t have to worry about rippling, so they have fewer implant restrictions. I was also surprised because my skin was said to be twice as thick as average compared with my slim frame~ But the disappointing part is that my tissue is a firm, solid type, so it’s hard to get a soft or especially pleasant feel.
So out of the 5 clinics, 4 didn’t even bring up any surgical method other than dual-plane, but here the doctor recommended the subfascial method, saying it’s also better for bringing the breasts together into an I-gul shape. (Please definitely study the subfascial and dual-plane methods.)
For the UU-shaped chest I want, not perfectly round but slightly elongated, with a bit of upper fullness, he said this method would be better given my skin and tissue type~
Also, here the surgery method opens the breast pocket as minimally as possible, inserts an implant suited to the size, and is done under sedation anesthesia, with almost immediate recovery after surgery! There’s also no upper band or correction bra worn. So the price quoted was about 200 more than ㅇㅇㅇㅠㅠ
The vibe felt like the doctor was super proud of his surgical method and didn’t need much post-op care..??? That kind of feeling. But honestly, as a regular person, I don’t know what’s right and what’s better, so I’m really torn between ㅇㅇㅇ and ㅋㅇㅠㅠ Because from our point of view, more aftercare seems like a benefit, right?
