My nasal tip is upturned, spread out, and bulbous, a thick bulbous nose, and it was such a huge complex for me, so I've been going to consultations at hospitals said to be good at bulbous noses! I don't like factory-style clinics, so I've mainly been going to single-doctor clinics, and Mighty was extremely thorough even among single-doctor clinics :) The consultant was also very kind, and the director listened to my story in detail first. Based on those concerns, they discussed with me how to proceed with nose surgery, and I could see that they were trying to tailor it to the direction I wanted. After going around to various places, I feel like a director with a lot of experience is different from the consultation stage.
