My nose tip is upturned and spread out, and it is so, so thick and bulbous that it has been a huge complex for me, so I have been going around consulting clinics that are known to do bulbous noses well. I do not like factory-style places, and I mainly go to clinics with one doctor. Mighty was very meticulous even among one-doctor clinics :) The director was also extremely kind, and the doctor listened to my story in detail from the start. Based on those concerns, they discussed how to do the nose surgery together, and it was obvious that they were trying to adjust things to match the direction I wanted. After visiting several places, I really think experienced doctors are different even from the consultation stage.
