Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My prettier nose

After <after removing the stitches inside the nose> Before <before surgery> It has already almost been 2 weeks since I had nose surgery. It’s day 6 since I had the stitches inside my nose removed. The doctor said 80% of the swelling on the nasal bridge has gone down, and that the nostril/alar swelling will mostly go down after 3 months and become more natural, so that’s a relief. After removing the splint, when I met people I know, they said it looked so natural and said, “It’s different from old nose surgery.” I’m so happy~ After I decided to get rhinoplasty, I joined a plastic surgery cafe, looked at posts about rhinoplasty, narrowed it down to 5 hospitals that were mentioned a lot and hospitals introduced by acquaintances, went around for consultations in November, and decided to have surgery in early December. Even after reading posts in the cafe, given my personality, I thought a natural look suited me. At my first consultation, when I asked for it to be natural, the doctor said if it’s done naturally, over time it won’t even show and I’ll regret it, thinking I should have raised it a little more. My husband said since I’m doing it anyway, I should make it noticeable, and even then they said they could only raise it by 3 ml, so I changed to a glamorous-natural straight-to-slightly-curved line and went around for consultations. What stressed me out about my nose was that my nasal bridge wasn’t high, it was bumpy, and my nasal tip was rounded and protruding like coach Hiddink’s nose. But at the first consultation, they said my nose was already long and a drooping nose, so it looked even longer and made me look older. I had always heard that I looked older than my older sister who is three years older than me, and to think it was because of my nose. I thought it was because of nasolabial folds, so I got filler and wore makeup with a youthful-looking makeup styleㅜㅜ Anyway, while going to the remaining 4 consultations, the hospital I went to last understood the nose I wanted well and consulted me accordingly, so I came home, talked with my husband, made a reservation, and got surgery in early December. It really didn’t hurt at all, so I thought something had gone wrong. I had heard nose surgery hurts, but breathing was just inconvenient because of the nasal packing. Still, they removed the packing the day after surgery, and it hurt when they removed it, so I thought, ah, so nothing went wrong, what a relief~ Time passed like that, and when I removed the splint and saw my face, I saw a different version of myself~ A completely different person. My husband looked at me and went, whoa~ How can one nose change someone this much? Raising the nasal bridge gave an epicanthoplasty-like effect, raising the nasal tip and doing the “cat nose” surgery lifted the columella, slightly pulled the philtrum, made the upper lip lift and look prettier, and as the nasal tip became higher and the alae gathered inward, the lower face looked slimmer. Three benefits in one. I like my nose so much. I’m so grateful to the doctor for making it so I won’t need revision surgery again. I pray and pray that there will be no problems even after time passes. Please~
