Hi everyone! I’m back with my second-round review haha This time too, I really hope the brokers disappear... After my first round, I still had a lot of lingering disappointment, and as I became interested in liposuction, I thought, ‘If I’m going to do it, putting the fat into my breasts instead of throwing it away is a much better deal!’ That’s how I decided to do a second round.
First round: During my first round, fat was harvested from my back flanks and posterior thighs, and 350 cc was injected into the left breast and 390 cc into the right. I also had accessory breast tissue removed. In the end, my breasts felt about half a cup bigger, and although my circumference didn’t change, the bras I usually wore became completely filled out or even overflowed. In particular, I was really satisfied with the effect of removing fat from my back flanks, posterior thighs, and accessory breast tissue, so I was actually more satisfied with the liposuction.
Second round: This time, I had surgery at the same hospital again, but since only 3 months had passed since the first round, they suctioned fat from my arms this time, and because they judged that it might not be enough, they also harvested fat from my anterior thighs. The arms cost an additional fee. The director said he injected 320 cc into the left and 350 cc into the right, and they looked much bigger from the outside too lol. Currently, my upper bust is 90 cm and underbust is 74 cm, so the circumference is similar to the first round, but they look much more like inflated balloons(?).
Maybe because it was my second time, I went home in better condition than expected, and this time they said they put in anesthetic one more time after the surgery ended. So it didn’t hurt much at first, but once I got home and the anesthesia wore off, muscle pain slowly started coming in my arms. Lifting my arms was impossible, and wearing the compression garment was the hardest part lol. During the first round, my breasts didn’t hurt at all, but this time they hurt with sharp, stabbing pains and throbbed when I lay down or got up. Still, compared with the posterior thighs, the anterior thighs barely hurt, so sitting on the toilet wasn’t difficult at all.
Because of the liposuction, I got scars at my elbows, and two scars I hadn’t known about appeared on my anterior thighs, so this time I got a total of 4 additional scars. For the breast grafting, they used the same armpit and breast scars from the first round, so there were no new scars. I originally exercise, so I have some muscle in my arms and thighs, and the director said muscular types have difficulty seeing dramatic effects. Even so, despite swelling from the first day, my arms became so straight and pretty, so I’m really satisfied! I think they’ll get even prettier once the swelling goes down ㅠㅠ. It’s funny because I’m actually looking forward to my arms more than my breasts lol. It seems like they didn’t take out much from my thighs, but overall the size went down, so I’m satisfied with that too.
