After facial contouring, I probably had some fat there even before, but the chin fat I hadn’t noticed because of the bone became much more plainly visible.
I had facial contouring surgery at Dr. Facial Contouring Finalizer’s clinic.
After my jawbone was reduced through surgery, not only my chin fat but also one salivary gland, which was larger than the other side, became very noticeable. From the recovery period after all the bandages and tape were removed, what I could see kept bothering me. As the major swelling went down, some kind of lump kept sitting under my chin between my jaw and neck, and I could even feel the lump, so I worried a lot about whether it was a lipoma and recently went in for a consultation.
I was embarrassed when they said it was just fat, and that it was the salivary gland,,,
Since I had come in to check my progress, they said that because it had been about a year since surgery, now was just the right time to remove the fixation pins under sedation anesthesia, and they also told me to consider fat removal at the same time. They said that if I didn’t have the pin removal surgery within roughly 2-3 months, I might have to undergo general anesthesia afterward. As if I were possessed, I made an appointment with the consultant and had pin removal and facial fat removal surgery two days ago.

Right now the swelling is.... a bit less than when I had facial contouring, but it’s swollen almost that muchㅜㅜ
Some bruising is also coming up..... The bruising is increasingㅜㅜㅜㅜ
Maybe I’m originally the type who doesn’t feel pain much, but even when I had facial contouring, aside from having a hard time because of the anesthesia and having trouble breathing because of the blood, I had almost no pain and only swelling. They said it went down faster than average, and this time too, for now, I have almost no pain.
Only the swelling......... ugh.. what should I do about this..
Yesterday I somehow managed to cover it well with a mask, but I’m really worried about going to work tomorrow.. (and it’ll only be day 3......)
I have no idea what to do.. sob..
