About a year ago, I was looking into facial contouring and heard that [Clinic A] was famous on YouTube and had a reputation for doing a good job, so I went for a consultation. But on the day I came after putting down a reservation deposit, a few weeks later I found out through an acquaintance that someone connected to a friend of mine worked at [Clinic A]. Then I heard they had pay doctors, so I just canceled right away, even though I could not get the full deposit back;
