I got my third treatment a year ago and was satisfied, but then I gained weight in the middle, and all the effects from last year disappeared, so I got my third retreatment this year. So they say it is good to do it together with dieting. My alae nasi were thick and had a lot of fat, so I saw a lot of effect in reducing the size of the nostrils and bringing out the nasal bridge line. It is not to the level of surgery, but I saw as much effect as the reviews on blogs said, and even that much changes the overall impression, so I am highly satisfied. As for when the effect came on, in both years I felt like it was easing off a little with the first and second sessions, then it noticeably reduced with the third session.
