I went all the way from Busan to Seoul, waited 30 minutes for the consultation time, and when I had the consultation with the director, he touched my nose for only about 10 or 20 seconds and said it couldn’t be done because my skin was hard. And that was the end of the consultation, so it felt really empty. He could have looked just a little more, but I spent 5 hours going there and the consultation ended in less than 1 minute.
