This was the worst laser hair removal clinic I have ever visited. No matter how factory-like it may be, they had neither skill nor responsibility. They used an old contact-type machine, and because the doctor's skill was poor, I got burned. I just got compensated through insurance for the treatment they said they would provide there. At that time, I had already had laser hair removal more than 15 times at 2 other clinics, and I had never even once become red and swollen. I had a regular place I used to go to, but I switched just because it was cheap, and then ended up with scars on my legs and went through a lot. I did not get an apology from the doctor, and they just told me to accept compensation. The staff handled things kindly, but the doctor was the worst.
