For reference, my arms had no muscle at all because I had never worked out even once, and they were just fat. They felt completely soft and squishy when touched, and I had a lot of flesh there, so I tried it after a recommendation from people around me, and I saw quite a lot of effect. It was my first time getting something like a fat-dissolving injection, so I chose one without steroids, but since I had quite a bit of fat.. even if it did not make my arms bone-thin, I think it was very effective for cleaning up the line. The clinic also briefly told me how to diet and exercise so I could see better results, so I think that helped a lot.
