I had partial-incision double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, but one side came undone, so I was worried about it. I looked online, mainly at places with good revision surgery reviews, and looked for a place with only one director.
The consultation went in the order of consultant > director > consultant, and I brought in photos of somewhat dramatic double eyelids (semi-out, in-out). They did not recommend semi-out because my eyes are close together and it could become sausage-like. They tried designing the line by making it just slightly higher than my current height, and I liked it. They said my eye-opening strength is okay, so I probably don't need ptosis correction. I also asked about posterior and lower canthoplasty, and they told me there isn't much space, so it would be good to slightly balance the left-right symmetry.
They told me to ask anything I was curious about and explained things in detail, which was nice.
