Making a consultation reservation was ridiculously tight. Everyone knows a consultation takes 30 minutes if it is quick and at most 1 hour, but they said I had to set aside at least 2 hours and acted like making a reservation was incredibly difficult. So I made 2 hours available and went, but from entering the clinic to leaving actually took 30 minutes lol. Why do that pointless push-and-pull? I had a consultation because of my complex about uneven eyes, but they said there was no way to improve it with double eyelid surgery given my current eye structure, and that I would need to find another method to soften the features I currently have. Even the consultation with the director was not very satisfying, so I did not like it...
