I would like the nasal tip to be just a little slimmer and higher... but people around me say it is already high enough. I don’t think the shape will change much from here now. Compared with when it is swollen, the nasal tip comes down a little after the swelling goes down, so if it has not been long since your surgery and you’re worried that your nasal tip looks lifted, I don’t think you need to worry.
