It’s been about a year since the surgery. First of all, I’m really not happy with the shape of my nose, so I want a revision, but there’s something I want to prioritize more, so I’m going to hold off for a while. I had told them during the consultation that I hate a nose that is just too straight and stiff-looking because it looks too obviously surgical, so I also feel like I don’t really have a complaint about how mine turned out... but the problem isn’t that it’s not straight... it’s that the symmetry is a mess. They used ear cartilage to build the columella, then placed cartilage on top of it to raise the tip, but the tip is twisted sharply to the right…
