I had a consultation with the director. For the nose, I could choose between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and they said doing it with autologous costal cartilage would not be a bad option. I had wanted autologous costal cartilage too, so it was just as I had thought. I told them I did not want anything too flashy, and the director also said my nasal tip is round, so it would be best to do something between natural and flashy. During the consultation, they drew pictures and explained things in a very detailed way. Among the hospital consultations, I think this was the place where the director listened to my opinions the most and gave the most detailed explanations.
