What changed after paranasal augmentation and implant-free rhinoplasty

Before <before surgery> After <recent> Before <before surgery, when the nasolabial folds were severe> After <recent> I don’t like it when it’s obvious I had surgery, but I do like it when people around me notice that something has changed ^^ The bumpy nasal bridge line became clean, and my nose overall became naturally prettier, so I’m satisfied. Before surgery, I was worried it might look too artificial or look like someone else’s nose had been attached to my face, but it’s pretty and natural like my original nose, so I like it more and more as time goes by haha

And because my nasolabial folds were originally especially severe, I had paranasal augmentation and Ultherapy together, and I really think it may have been the best choice ^^ When I was outside or under lighting, shadows would form around my mouth and nasolabial fold area, making my whole face look older and saggy.. haha;; But now, even under natural light, my nasolabial folds don’t stand out, and these days I even often hear compliments that I look younger haha I think this is why people keep up with treatments ^^
