Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review after 11 years since rhinoplasty - my nose shape has changed, so I’m going around for consultations.

After graduating from university, I didn’t know anything and had a same-day consultation and same-day surgery, and I’ve lived fine without any major problems until now haha At the time, they slightly shaved down my hump, corrected my nasal tip with 3.2 mm silicone and ear cartilage, and said they had done a petit procedure on the nasal alar area called a paranasal augmentation. That came undone after a little over a year anyway. Still, the nasal alar shape looked natural and fine, so I lived well with it until now.   Starting two months ago, my nasal bridge began swelling and feeling hot. The middle of the nasal dorsum also looked bluish, like it was bruised, and this kept happening repeatedly. Then, starting a month ago, my nose began pulling and hurting a lot, my nostrils seemed bigger, and my nasal tip changed shape too. It’s visible even at a glance ㅠㅠ The nasal tip was originally hard, and only the shape looks slightly shifted to the left. When I take a photo from below, the nostril shapes are uneven too. Sigh ㅠㅠ I’m so upset

I went to the hospital where I had the old surgery, and they said the skin had become slightly tight and that it seemed like contracture was progressing, so they prescribed antibiotics and anti-contracture medication, which I’m taking. Today I went to another hospital, and they said it’s not contracture, but that the skin has thinned due to aging and I need revision surgery. Since each doctor says something different, I’m even more confused. ㅠㅠ How does it look to you?
