I thought it might not be bad to have my first surgery at a clinic famous for revision surgery, so I had a consultation. They didn’t take a CT scan, and the consultation involved touching my nose or having me lie on the operating room chair while they looked over my nose overall. The director personally took the photos and did Photoshop for me. I got a strong impression that safety was the top priority, and they didn’t recommend excessive surgery, so it was similar to what I had in mind. The consultation was very long and detailed, so I recommend going at least once. The part I didn’t understand was that they said they would open the nose during surgery and then decide whether to use autologous costal cartilage or not... but the price was the same even if they didn’t use autologous costal cartilage ㅜ Also, they firmly said they wouldn’t show CCTV, so that felt a bit off.
