I used to have a hump nose, and I had osteotomy and only used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. It was mostly just correcting the drawbacks, so it’s not a noticeably pretty nose, and no one knows; it feels like my own nose to me too. Especially because ear cartilage was used, I can make a pig nose well too, and it’s just very natural. The columella area is very rounded, and it was like that even after surgery.. That shape stayed exactly the same for 8 years.. It hasn’t drooped. Honestly, it’s not a pretty nose I’m completely satisfied with.. but I don’t want revision surgery, so I’m just living with it as it is.
