The doctor and the people assisting beside them are kind. I'm originally good at tolerating pain, but here they seem to do it so painlessly that it just feels like being pressed firmly with a pencil. All the doctors are kind, the facilities are good, and everything is good, but the people at the counter who handle registration and help with payment look soulless and seem to be in a really bad mood, so it's scary.
