The doctor and the staff helping next to them were kind. I usually tolerate pain well, but here it honestly felt like they were just pressing down with a pencil, so they did a really good job of keeping it painless. The doctors were all kind, the facility was nice, everything was good, but the people at the counter who handle reception and payment looked soulless and seemed to be in a very bad mood, which was scary.
