I haven’t done warm compresses even once, but after I sleep it goes down, after I sleep it goes downㅠ I only had an L-shaped silicone implant (I didn’t have ear or rib cartilage), so I just had that taken out, the capsule removed, and cartilage repositioning done through a closed approach. Maybe because it was closed, recovery is fast. While removing it, one nostril stretched a bit, but it will shrink back, right? As for pain, there’s only a little at the left glabella when I touch it (maybe because before removal the silicone had shifted to the left?), and almost none otherwise. I get my stitches out tomorrow^^
