I went because the reviews were decent, but first of all, I waited about 50 minutes. I knew there would be a long wait because they explained it over the phone, but there was no apology, and the consultation manager’s attitude was just rude, so I was annoyed. They made me wait this long and didn’t seem sorry at all, so I could already imagine what their attitude would be like if things went badly. I got so annoyed while waiting that I wanted to leave, but I stayed seated because it felt like a waste to have waited. Ah, so annoying. The consultation manager was the absolute worst. Just a woman who looked short and around her mid-30s.
