I went because the reviews were good, but first I waited about 50 minutes. I already knew there would be a long wait because they explained it over the phone, but there was no apology, and the consultation manager's attitude was just rude, so I got annoyed. I was imagining what their attitude would be like if something went wrong, since they made me wait that long without even seeming sorry.
I wanted to leave because I was so annoyed while waiting, but I stayed because I thought it would be a waste to have waited already.
So annoying. The consultation manager was the absolute worst. Just a short woman who looked to be in her mid-30s.
