Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Day 4 after revision surgery.. I feel so devastated ㅠㅠ

Previously, about 8 years ago, I had silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage surgery, and although my nose became very big, I adapted and lived with it. But my skin became so thin that the silicone showed through exactly as it was, so I had surgery.

Because my skin had become extremely thin, I had revision surgery with autologous dermis, and since I wanted my nose to become lower, it was inserted thinly, just enough to reinforce the skin.

But the problem is the nasal tip ㅠㅠ The doctor who said he would remove everything left septal cartilage in the nasal tip. He said, “Didn’t we not talk about the septal cartilage?” and said that without it, the columella would bend ㅜ He told me to trust what the doctor said, so I was trusting him, but after removing the taping, the appearance is really... something I never imagined ㅠㅠㅠ

Maybe because the dermis on the nasal dorsum is thin.. something is sharply pinched and raised, narrower than the nasal bridge. One side of the nasal tip is pinched upward....... I don’t know if this is the septal cartilage being bent, the dermis being bent, or contracture ㅠㅠ The doctor says it’s normal. He says he didn’t do anything and that he left it as it originally was, but what kind of nonsense is that ㅜㅜㅜ

The hospital reviews were so good, so I chose this place.. I’m seriously so depressed. I’ve been married for one year, and I can’t face my family.. I seriously want to disappear.

Is there anyone who has had this kind of experience? ㅜㅜ
