Since negative reviews are all hidden on plastic surgery apps, I’m writing an honest review here.
I got neck wrinkle filler at this hospital before my wedding, but because of the bruising, my neck actually looked more ragged, and on the day of the ceremony I had to cake on concealer. The problem is their attitude toward follow-up care; they said they won’t provide after-service if I write a negative review. In conclusion, for paying 700,000 won, the effect was very, very, very minimal, and I was stressed throughout the entire recovery period.
When I honestly posted on the app, the representative director here even threatened me in a private KakaoTalk message, bringing up legal precedents and telling me to delete the review.
The attitude of the desk staff is also absurd, and the director who acts only after listening to those staff members is strange too. I’ll never go to a hospital like this again and will absolutely not recommend it to people around me.
