The reviews are hidden on the plastic surgery app, so I am writing an honest review here.
At this clinic, I got neck wrinkle filler before my wedding, but because of the bruising, my neck ended up looking even worse, and on the day of the ceremony I piled on concealer. The problem is their attitude toward aftercare: they said if I wrote a negative review, they would not provide after-service. Even when they said the after-service was absolutely not due to clinic fault, they made me sign a consent form saying that because there had been so much commotion, they would not normally do it, but would do it only this once, and then only did a very small touch-up on the worst parts.
In the end, for 700,000 won, the effect was very minimal, and I was just stressed throughout the entire recovery period.
The really infuriating part is that when the chief director here saw that I had written honestly on the app, they even threatened me via private message with legal precedents and told me to delete the review.
The front desk staff's attitude was absurd too, and I was disappointed that the doctor behaved arrogantly just by listening to such employees.
If they keep pestering me with nonsense about why I am leaving malicious reviews again and threatening to sue, I will not just sit still either.
