I had a consultation with Director Kim Hak-su. At that time, I went because I wanted medial epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty, but he opposed medial epicanthoplasty because my lacrimal caruncle was already very visible, opposed lateral canthoplasty because it would make me have sanpaku eyes, and recommended just doing double eyelid surgery. Thinking about it now, I’m really grateful. If I had done medial and lateral canthoplasty, it probably would have gone badly.
