I consulted with Director Kim Hak-soo. At the time I went in planning to do front canthoplasty and back canthoplasty, but he opposed front canthoplasty because my current eyes already show a lot of the caruncle, and opposed back canthoplasty because it would become a triangular white eye, and instead recommended only double eyelid surgery. Looking back now, I am really grateful. If I had done both front and back canthoplasty, it would have been a disaster.
