In 2019, when he was at iLUMI, I had non-incisional ptosis correction surgery, but after 5 months, one side came undone in the morning to the point that the double eyelid was completely gone. I visited to get after-service, and the manager stubbornly insisted it had not come undone. When I went to other hospitals and asked, they said it had come undone.
