This is a first-time surgery for a bulbous nose. For the bridge, they recommended silicone; for the nasal tip, they said septum + donor costal cartilage if needed (but the staff member just said they would use donor costal cartilage anyway) + ear cartilage. There was not enough detailed explanation about how the surgical result would turn out, and when I asked to see cases of bulbous nose correction, they only showed me one review post on the website. I wanted a definite front-view correction, but it didn’t seem like that, which was disappointing. I went because I heard the surgeon had a lot of experience and many people around me had gotten it done, but I didn’t feel confident about bulbous nose correction, so I put it on hold.
