The hospital is quite large and does a lot of different things, so I didn’t have huge expectations, but all the staff were kind, so I felt well treated.. There were many people sitting around, so I thought the wait would be long, but I got consultations faster than expected When consulting with the manager, I asked for a lot, like “please show me this” and “please do that,” but they explained and showed everything in detail, so it was unexpectedly really okay When consulting with the director, they first asked about the line and height I wanted, then explained in more detail than I expected what would need to be done to perform the surgery accordingly
