I went for a consultation to remove silicone and replace it with dermis because of nasal side effects. When I first went, the consultation manager was kind, and the director also said it was a very easy surgery and that they had done many severe revision noses. They kindly answered while looking at my list of questions. After that, I was leaning a lot toward Chamin, so I contacted them thinking I would get one final consultation and then have the surgery, but they said a repeat consultation would only be possible almost half a year later haha.. The manager kept reading my KakaoTalk messages and ignoring them every time, and although the doctor was extremely kind, I felt reluctant to have surgery because of the manager. They ignored my messages every time, and I could only get some level of contact after repeatedly begging. Receiving this kind of treatment while already heartbroken from side effects felt devastating.
