I think the manager here was the kindest. I went after seeing reviews saying the doctor speaks quickly, but he was still fast, and he looked extremely busy, like he had just come out from performing surgery. He explained which procedures were possible and how it would turn out, took and answered a few questions, and that was it. He seemed so rushed that if I hadn't prepared questions, I probably wouldn't have been able to ask anything... After the doctor's consultation, the manager drew diagrams and explained things well, such as how much bruising there would be after surgery, so that was good.
