The manager was probably the kindest here. I went in after reading reviews that said the doctor speaks fast, and it really was fast; they seemed extremely busy, like they had just come out of surgery. They explained what kinds of surgeries were possible and how things would turn out, then answered a few questions and that was it. They seemed so rushed that if you did not prepare questions in advance, you would not even be able to ask them... After the doctor consultation, the manager drew pictures and explained things well, like how much bruising would likely appear after surgery, so that was nice.
