The hospital facilities and waiting time were fine. The doctor was kind while asking questions, but while kind of bragging about himself, when I asked about something I was curious about, he said that was because the doctor hadn’t been able to do something, and although what he said seemed correct, he spoke in such a way that he was clearly saying how good he was, which made me feel put off. It would have been better if he had just explained it.. I did like the explanation of the surgical method and the surgery itself, but at the end, when he asked whether I had been to many other hospitals and just told me to get it done with him, I somehow lost the feeling. The consultation manager gave the best and most detailed explanation out of any hospital I’ve been to! Manager.. amazing!.
