The clinic facilities and waiting time were fine. However, the doctor kindly went through the questionnaire, but while making a self-praise? not quite self-praise, when I asked about the parts I was curious about, they said, "That is because the doctor is not good at something," and although what was said seemed right, the way they kept talking as if they were so good at it made me feel put off. I think just explaining things would have been enough.. I liked the surgical method and the details about the surgery, but at the end they asked whether I had visited many other clinics and just told me to get the procedure done with them, and for some reason I lost my enthusiasm. The consultation manager gave the best and most detailed explanation of any clinic I visited! Manager.. amazing!.
