I had a very severe square jaw and my side profile was also on the wide side, so my face looked really large.

After surgery, they say you shouldn’t put strain on your zygomas or jaw, so you shouldn’t eat hard or tough foods. But I didn’t pay attention to that and ate whatever I wanted, and my zygomas have gone back to where they were;;
