There are a lot of people and a lot of staff, and it’s always hectic, but it’s good for getting simple procedures done quickly. Since it’s a factory-style clinic, everything proceeds systematically without any major issues The female doctor who gave me Botox was kind, and I’ve visited several times; the staff also tend to always be kind. If I were getting an expensive procedure, I’d consider another clinic, but if you’re thinking about cost-effectiveness or don’t want to go all the way to Gangnam just for Botox, it’s a good place to go
