There are a lot of people and a lot of staff, so it is always hectic, but it is good for getting simple procedures done quickly. As a factory-style clinic, everything is handled systematically without major problems. The female doctor who gave me Botox was kind, and I visited several times; the staff were also usually kind. If I were getting an expensive procedure, I would consider another clinic, but if you are thinking about value for money or do not want to go all the way to Gangnam just for Botox, it is a good place to look.
