I brought a before-and-after review of my third month after love handle treatment haha There weren’t many reviews just about LAMS treatment for love handles!! When I was searching everywhere for reviews, it was so hard for me too, so I’m posting this thinking it might help if I share it
First of all, the treatment effect is even better than I expected! At first, even though it is a procedure, not surgery, I wondered a lot whether surgery would be better if I wanted a definite effect, and since I had to maintain my daily life starting the very next day, I deliberately chose LAMS because it doesn’t require compression garments and allows showering right away
But unlike my worries ㅠㅠ I got results of a whole -10 cm in waist circumference and -5 kg in body weight...
As you can see from the before photos... Everything was protruding up, down, and on the sides, so I went around covering it with long T-shirtsㅠ and looked even shorter and stubbierㅠ Because my pants hook was tight, if I ate just a little, the hook would come undone by itself, causing mishaps ㅋㅋㅠㅠ I don’t even know how many times I had them altered...
It’s not that I didn’t diet at all, and since they said 3 months after the procedure is exactly when the effect is best and fat continues to come off, I just added cardio 2-3 times a week!
I’m so, so satisfied at the three-month mark, so I’ll have to keep managing it consistently and maintain it haha Oh, the procedure needle also went in from the back, so there are no scars on the abdomen!
For those who are worried about the abdomen like me ㅜㅜ I think it would be good to consider it!
