First of all, I got double eyelid surgery with the natural adhesion method at ㅌㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery on July 21, 2017, during summer break of my first year of high school. Originally I only used double eyelid glue, but the high school I attended banned makeup, so the older students gave people using double eyelid glue a really hard time. In the end, my dad got me double eyelid surgery as a kind of entrance celebration. At the time, I didn’t know much about plastic surgery, so I didn’t go around to clinics or search thoroughly. I just applied for a consultation through a cheap event on a cosmetic surgery app, set a consultation date, and went to the clinic with my whole familyㅋㅋㅋㅋ And during the consultation, I only wanted double eyelid surgery, but they said things like Koreans have epicanthal folds so I should also get medial epicanthoplasty, etc., so I paid 800,000 won for double eyelid surgery + medial epicanthoplasty and had surgery that same day. My dad said we should just get it done quickly.. Thinking about it now, it really feels crazy... deciding on surgery right after only a consultation that day without properly looking into the clinic.. The line was set as an in-out line, not too high, and the medial epicanthoplasty was opened so subtly it really didn’t show. So unless I say it, nobody knowsㅋㅋㅋ And now that about 3 years and 6 months have passed, I haven’t had any side effects or anything. Since it’s natural adhesion, sometimes I dream that my double eyelids come undone, and it gives me chills. Does that happen to you too?? I wake up and always check by touching my eyes. So I’m considering revision surgery with incision, partly to make the line bigger. But incision swelling lasts longer and the surgical scar lasts longer too, so should I just leave my eyes natural as they are now??
Around October last year, I visited that clinic to get nose surgery, but they said the director who did my double eyelid surgery had gone somewhere else. I don’t know where they went, and I don’t even know the director’s name.
