For someone without a columella, instead of recommending columellar lowering, the director recommended lifting the nasal ala. Since my nasal tip was very droopy, I knew ear cartilage wouldn’t be enough, so I mentioned donated costal cartilage or costal cartilage, but they said it could come out sufficiently glamorous even without using those, and I wondered, really,,, I had the consultation two years ago, and at that time I consulted with a female director, but her aesthetic sense was so poor that I didn’t have surgery here.
