My nostrils are somewhat wide, so I was bothered that they spread out whenever I smiled, and I went for a consultation about alar reduction T_T I often felt that people’s eyes went toward my nose when I took photos, so I had only been worrying about it on my own. I decided to at least get a consultation and went. During the consultation, I first explained what usually concerned me, and they also looked at the shape of my nose. They explained that rather than simply reducing it, it is important to consider the original nasal shape and overall proportions, which was easy to understand. I asked various questions, including whether an incision would be used and the possibility of scarring, and they explained each point clearly, which was good. lol In particular, they explained what should be considered when reducing only the nostrils, which cleared up some of my vague questions.
